In the hypothetical scenario where one was to summon the archangel of death to visit the day of judgement, but plead the Creator for safe return from the waters above, would he, and by extension God, keep a grudge or debt that would come back knocking for troubling the natural order?

According to some islamic sources, the angel of death would manifest himself only to those who lived holy or saintly lives before their time comes. For the greeks the only ones who come back from the Elyseum fields were at first mythological demi-gods, then "ordinary" heros.
