I carved a wooden plaque with pic related's image into it and then used a sealer on it. I place is ontop of the spot we buried him. Its perfect. A month later that piece of wood I worked so hard on is being used as buffer between the concrete and a boats metal propeller. Wanna guess who is more stupid?

Guess what boats propeller you need to damage with a hammer.

The head stone doesn't matter, did you help him during the bardo state (immediately after he died) if you didn't then you need to do something right now.

Yeah, they often hang around for years. I used to have my friend's persian cat's ghost hop on my bed when I lived in her spare room for a couple of years. I never even met that cat, but I know what that feeling means (the soft thump and settling in).
