Hey there /x/
There was a website I got linked to from here that I lost, hoping you could help out.
It was in a thread about lucid dreaming and was just some random tones that you could set the frequencies for, things like: sleep, relaxation, focus. The website itself had a very simple layout and if I recall correctly was made and run by one guy.
Thanks for reading my blog, if anyone knows what I'm talking about I'd appreciate some help.

None of the beats I ever played did what it was supposed to do, but they were all free. Are paid, expensive ones effective or is this whole thing bs?

No clue what website you're talking about, but if you're interested in kundalini then dan winter on youtube has some great binaural beat stuff. (Although all the good stuff is only available if you pay)
