Christianity in comparison is a circus of things that dont make sense. Their goals (returning to god i think?) could be solved by god snapping his finger but he doesnt because of free will or something which is also responsible for all the worlds evil like cancer somehow. Unless cancer specifically is a test because an omniscient deity needs to test things to be sure. There's a big difference between traditionally Buddhist countries and Buddhists in the west. The traditional ones are gonna have all kinds of retardation due to coincidental low population IQ, but Buddhists in the west have far higher IQ than average because it appeals to people with a sense of curiosity or who are drawn to its skill-based approach to religious practice.
I'd also argue that the inverse is not true - Christians in traditionally Buddhist countries are probably retarded because Christianity specifically appeals to the incurious. Globally, Christians (at least white ones) are smarter than average because smart people happened to get Jewed by it in antiquity.
