Hey guys, haven’t been on this board in a while. I was thinking of a weird interaction I had on Omegle back in the early 2010s, and I wanted to see if anyone here remembered this.

So I was browsing /x/ one day, and I stumbled on a thread talking about going on omegle and trying to find a paranormal entity by putting its name in the “interests” tab of Omegle. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the entity or much about him. This was not a popular thing that seemed to spread outside of /x/, but it had a name like “the seer” or “the watcher” or something like that. I don’t think it was either of those, but I did try searching at the time and had a few interesting results and interactions based off of it.

So you would get some people who would pretend to be this entity/person, and you’d get some people who were just interested in paranormal stuff like I was. I said my name (John) to one of them one time, and then the other person disconnected. I didn’t think much of it, but a few people later I connected with someone who led the conversation with “John? Is that you?”
It scared me shitless. Does anyone have any recollection of what I’m talking about? Also, I’m not making this up, this was a real interaction that kept me up for a few nights, lol.

If anyone has any info, I’d love to hear. Thanks for reading.

Lmao bro I used to do that shit. I'd use any random name and John was very often the one I'd use. One time I used Pedro, and the other guy was like WTF?? I just thought he was playing along. For all we know that was me just being random as fuck calling you John.

I thought of this, but name isn’t actually John and would be kind of a random one to use. I don’t really care if the interaction was real (it’s fun to think it was) but I’m trying to remember what the name of the entity/trend was! lol

It wasn’t zalgo. It was definitely at least sort of interesting. It had at least one popping thread on here. I remember being into the thread. It’s/his name was “The _____” I’m pretty sure.

As far as stopping being dumb I’ve been working on that for years but I’ll get back to you when I figure that one out

I had a weird experience on Omegle, I forgot what tag I used. I was having a conversation in text with someone about something to do with religion. I was asking if it was possible that theorys such as evolution, are just scientific explanations for what happened in the bible.

Most of the answers from the other person were mostly yes or no, like I was using a ouija board or something. The whole time it felt off like I should not have been doing this. Suddenly I felt a feeling, like something was coming, running towards my bedroom. When what ever it was reached me, I felt a mix of fire and heat surround me. I felt it slam into my back. I heard a sizzle. It stopped when I yelled out for it to leave in Jesus's name.

Im not sure If this was a punishment from god, or a demonic attack. I lean torwards demonic attack because of what stopped it. Sadly, I don't remember the specific things the other guy said. I wish I took screenshots of the conversation, but I left it out of fear and shock. I think this was around 2011.

Creepy User I Stumbled Upon Today On A Vid About Mites. (1)

Sounds like you had a very upclose experience with the Infernal Internet:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szC7-p7xGwE
(read here)

Infernal Internet Theory is a theory proposing that the internet is populated and ran by demons and/or Satan and/or other evil entities.

Evidence of this includes occult references in computing and the internet, like sigils, daemon/demons, and www, the symbol for Google Chrome, and even the word ‘internet’ equaling 666. The disturbing content that saturates the net would also be easily explained by this as well as users with Satanic usernames and pfps in areas one would not expect and not acting like an edgy teen or troll, such as pircrel found on a vid about mites.

How many are online is unknown, at least to the general public. It could be only the big stars online, or maybe alot but no to an unbelievable degree, or it could be nearly all users you run across. If we take the “We are Legion'' quote as true, then it would mean the net is filled to the gills with them.

Why is also unknown, again at least to the general public, but it could be assumed because they want to influence people on a mass scale, and no tool is better than the internet. It is also possible that they are here because they are needed to run the internet and computers in general, as maybe they are occult powered rather than more materialistic driven as it is told to users.

Interesting. Makes me think of smartphones and stronger wireless tech, or starlink. Soon the whole world will be connected in some way to the internet, increasing influence. They already had influence with radio or television, but it will be stronger.

Its almost impossible to get anything done without internet. Daily having to use your smart phone or pc, to check email, do banking, make appointments, ect. Kinda feels like a ritual.

It leaves you open to get influenced or distracted with infinite content, porn, knowledge.
Basically the forbidden fruit that you cant escape. Always hanging in front of you. It's hard not to take a bite without help.WJRxP
