It's not practices that made me like this, because anyone can do that and that doesn't mean he's an adept. I became a spiritual adept because I have a deep longing for god for many years. This longing produces more spiritual truth in me. I meditate around one to two hours per day, sometimes I do pranayama, and I pray the namaz/Islamic daily prayer.
