The conspiracy theorists may have a point: avoid using binaural beats from YouTube.

In a recent interview, an individual shared their meditation experiences, some positive and others deeply unsettling. While I expect this post may attract trolls, I urge you to read it with an open mind.

During one meditation session using binaural beats, which typically lasted about 20 minutes, the individual requested to explore the afterlife and other dimensions. The experience began with an automated voice stating, "You are now under the Albert Einstein and Langston experiment." He specifically asked the voice to keep the experience gentle. Instead, the opposite occurred. They described their soul being forcibly ripped from their body with intense force, spun rapidly in circles like a fan, and then dropped into the ground. What followed was even more disturbing: he felt paralyzed, unable to move their arms, and experienced a sensation like a needle piercing their brain. This occurred in an astral or non-physical state. When he regained consciousness, he were so shaken that they couldn’t sleep for two months and spent many nights in tears.

While the individual also shared positive experiences, such as aliens aiding their mother’s healing, this particular incident stood out. They emphasized a critical point: frequencies can be manipulated. They also advised that exploring kundalini energy requires the guidance of a qualified guru.

This is why I recommend exercising caution with binaural beats. The rest is up to you.

He also explained the kundalini energy on how it feels when it’s raised.. he mentioned loud bangs within the body and the body feeling the energy being pushed from the feet to crown chakra. He also mentioned that when the soul does astral travel it has to leave through a chakra

Honestly I would be very impressed if this happened to me. Unfortunately, the reality is these tracks just won’t do a damn thing for anybody. I am happy to be proven wrong though. If you know of some track that ACTUALLY produces so sort of spiritual experience, post a link and I will try it. But I don’t think any of these tracks will do anything except possibly bore you into falling asleep.

Gpt o4 can generate binaural beats.
You can make your own just by asking.

Does this version compare to deep seek? I stopped using GPT on version four because it just couldn’t do what I want.

Deepseek is similar, but significantly less thorough than GPT o4, not to be confused with GPT 4o, o4 is a chain of thought model, 4o is the stock 'free' GPT.
