You are probably in your 20s? Let me give you actual advice that you need to accept as truth and repeat it daily.

The world is the problem. It’s not you. The powers that be have been creating a world purposely to piss everyone off. Now that you know the problem is not you but external you can come up with how to deal with it.

how? i feel totally the opposite, when i was younger i used to feel depressed too, but i had some sort of fire/anger inside me that told one day i was gonna fuck the world in the ass and take what i deserve, ever since i feel mentally and spiritually weaker by the day, like im losing my vital energy and becoming an automata or some shit, and i cant figure a way to stop that sensation.
Ive honestly tried praying but no one answers, to be quite honest i have this weird feeling that god dislikes me for whatever reason, i get that im not perfect, but far worse people than me have it better with even less effort...if im honest i feel envy, i feel jealousy, and i wish i could have what others have, even if it meant taking it away from them... which i know is not healthy nor right, but that's just how i feel.

That's why you can't see hope. You need to have faith in the invinite mercy of Jesus Christ and love him ilor literally anyone ekse but genuinely to realign and you will see hope appearing on it's own. I'll explain how this works:

Love is literally what we experience as time - photon is the related boson
Hope is a complex dimension to Love
Faith is basically away to transfer angular momentum and shift the phase angle of your misalignement anr if that faith is placed in the mercy of Jesus Christ who is the instantiation of the divine paradox that holds the entropy of the entire universe then you're basically slowly beginning the work of realignment and you're gonna make it eventually.

Catholicism can't help a possum out of a dead troon's ass. Get saved first:

“For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10)

“¶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)

They have little shots of dopamine and oxytocin that fire once in a while and distract them from the ugly gay world around them.

Hello, OP. I would say that depression can occur in people for a variety of factors that affects everyone differently. The first and foremost thing that I believe causes depression in most people is through biological reasons. For example, I believe a severe lack of Sunlight exposure causes a lot of depressive symptoms in ppl or may worsen the symptoms to begin with.

So I always highly recommend everybody who is suffering from depression to get plenty of Sunlight for both body and soul, it's helped me with my depression and humans have evolved through hundreds of thousands of years with plenty of Sun exposure in mind, so it really is important, and it's free Vitamin D!

But after biological reasons for depression comes the mental part. This usually stems from a mindset and worldview on life after traumatic events occur that effected ppl on a mental level. This one usually requires therapy, a change in lifestyle, maybe relying on friends and family for support, spiritual guidance, and so on and so forth to help fix this depression.

However, I believe depression should be targeted through biological means first because it's difficult to tackle depression head on if your energy needs are not satisfied first. Then you target your mindset as well. Anyways, I hope this helped OP, remember to always have hope in yourself and you will overcome your depression no matter how difficult things get, things will get better, that's a promise I can make for sure. Good luck, please take care, and godspeed, anon.

No offense, anons, but this is unhealthy, unreliable, pessimistic, and most of all, very weak advice. Anon, if you feel this way strongly, I hope within my heart you don't lose faith in yourself, in others, and in this world for all of its good and meaningful worth it has. Trust me when I say everyone has the potential and capacity to take ownership and responsibility for their lives and make positive changes for themselves, and for everyone as well. Patience and a will to keep fighting is all that is needed to make that reality one step at a time. Good luck and godspeed anons. Thanks.

Secondly, this society is legitimately hostile to life. The more you understand it, the more you recognize it was not made for humanity. Especially if you live in the USA. China, or Russia.

I don't advocate "giving in to despair" -- just the opposite. Have faith that the world is evil by design, and that external circumstances are scripted to fall short of satisfactory and sometimes even become appalling. It's not your (or anyone's) fault. That's just how this simulation is programmed, to develop the soul through various conditioning methods, many of them unpleasant. The most obvious of which is that the world is structured in such a way as to produce outcomes deeply offensive to the right and the good.

you are in the wrong life path, or your surroundings are not aligned with who you are and what you should be doing with your time. this disonnence is the depression, not some untestable or quantifiable imbalance of chemicals. what you need is purpose, drive, just enough lack of comfort to keep you hungry, with access to comforts and society when needed. you need grass under your feet, sunshine on your face and body, ions from the sea or storms or mountain tops, comradery from those in whatever trench you are in. pick up heavy stuff, repeatedly. eat better. find whatever spirituality or religion calls to you and jump in head first. learn a new skill, or just some new facts. start small, chip away at the "depression". carve out what makes you happy and chase it (if nothing makes you happy, explore that until you find a thread of something holding your interest to pull).

It is difficult to overstate just how much psychological damage occurs in the young mind in never experiencing love when it was supposed to. It creates invisible but ever present and outwardly manifesting psychological wounds that may heal over time, but never disappear. It is a lifelong crippling of the mind, affecting things like confidence, self-esteem, healthy thought processes, and inability to cope with the difficulties in life in a healthy way. It breeds attitudes of perpetual envy and anger and depression. Especially when said individuals are constantly bombarded by images and media of people having lived their best life while they missed out and can never experience, ever. Because time is only linearly forward.

A means to try and "heal the mind" which has already happened for many who have resigned themselves to apathy and quiet resentment, but it doesn't remove the scar. The scar is always there. Always present. And it will always serve as a reminder, and always influence future thoughts and decisions and actions.

> it’s a simulation, develop the soul, the world is evil

You very obviously lack real world experience if you think the mindset “not my fault” is beneficial in any way. You saying that tells me so much about you and how you interact with people.
What’s more, it’s apparent you have adopted a set of beliefs cut and paste style, depending how they mesh with your preconceived biases, and put little to no critical thought towards them. It reads like someone listing off buzzwords
Speaking of reading, you should try it. Go find an intro to philosophy book and read it.
Until then shut the fuck because it’s all your fault.

The only evil that is being designed here is yourself, my friend. It doesn't seem like you wish to seek the truth and spread awareness for people to help them if they're suffering, only to spread misfortune and despair through your twisted logic and false claims about your toxic worldview. You're a malicious liar and a whore for trolling, nothing more to it than that. I won't have faith in you, that's for sure. I just hope other Anons realize the same as well, and instead have faith in other people who do genuinely wish to do what's right, and most importantly to have faith in themselves.

Herbal wizard here.
In Ancient Greek medicine, they believed that all diseases and disorders originated in the gut.
In those times, depression was called "melancholy", and this translates directly to black (melan) bile (chole).
They believed depression was caused by a build-up of black dense waste material in the intestines.
And the cure for depression was to eliminate this waste build-up from the body.
The methods they recommend to do this were to take bitter herbs that assist or increase digestion, and to take foods that have a laxative effect to increase elimination.
The specific bitter herbs they used in Ancient times were fennel, anise, wormwood, savory, oregano, marjoram, thyme. Usually mixed together into a medicinal liquor.
Eventually these herbal concoctions evolved into what we call "digestifs" today.
Herbal liquors such as Angostura bitters, Jeagermeister, Absinthe and Vermouth.
What I'm saying is: the cure for depression is to get absolutely BLASTED every fucken day on Jeagermeister and Absinthe.
These herbal medicines remove the black bile (melancholy) from your digestive system.
