From what I believe the human body is electrical and has a biofield, I think they can use RF to detect emotional state. They may be even to somehow read your inner monologue, not quite sure.

I think they tried something like that but I don't know the mechanism. Concurrently with being harrassed I would have heart palpitations at home where it would stop for a couple seconds then beat really hard. Thankfully a golden-haired angel watches over me. Metaphorically speaking.

Yeah, I have the same "palpitations" for the past let's say 2 years or so. Nothing obvious that could have triggered them. I'm healthy, do sports, eat well, rest properly, try to manage stress and workload.
Oddly enough I don't get these palpitations out of the city, and I sleep better too the farther away I am from a city. But that's maybe just the fact that being outside and nature and active in the fresh air makes me more tired.
