They make enough money playing a game to where they can escape a country wide collapse. The US is increasingly looking like it is being induced to erupt. Where millions of "useless cattle" will die.

Allegedly sports is used for controlling people more or less. They keep people sedated with bread and circus, and this is exactly that, but they also have numbers/gematria shit going with sports, advertising/symbolism (e.g. on those huge screens), and idol worship ("these athletic people from select "good goyim" families who get on their knees are more rewarded for their subservience that I am" kind of thinking). What might all of these testosterone-filled, highly competitive and motivated young men be doing if these sports didn't exist? People who aspire to be footballers aren't aspiring to be anything else. Much the same thing applies to other forms of entertainment. A man who has the charisma necessary to become a pop star or a famous actor has the charisma necessary to do anything he wants, but he chooses the option that leads to adulation, wealth, and fame while avoiding any sort of risk or danger. How far might a greyhound run if the track wasn't a circle?
