The issue here is that you cannot prove space is even a real place without appealing to authority.
You can, however, prove easily that things live here and that here is a real place where we just so happen to encounter "aliens."

the footage has been out for nearly 3 decades
everyone has had their opinion on it at some point
professionals in special effects, military whistleblowers, scientists, abductees etc have all given their 2 cents
at this point the only thing that matter is if you have evidence that supports or debunks the creature in the footage as being a living, breathing alien because your opinion is worthless
