Anyways, the brain is just a computer binary machine that receives instructions of consciousness energy that it interfaces with from the source energy that's all around us that forms our reality by our thoughts. Since everything is energy, even thoughts, there is no such thing as solid matter.

Everything "physical" like a table, our a grain of sand is moving energy in motion even your own body is just energy, its not physical matter, it's floating atoms that are revolving around a center and vibrating that can be rearranged at any moment with the right frequency.

Novice meditators can get the hemisync after about a week of practice. Source: me

Some people can enter deep meditative states after a month of just doing simple meditation with no hemisync or anything, others can meditate for 10 years using all kinds of support and won't be able to enter any state or achieve anything.

Others fare well using the body as an object of meditation (and many may also find it useful to regulate it by relaxing the muscles/nervous system and the breath), others fare well by using mantras or images, others just "focus".

It's not the same for everyone, turn off screens for a week or so and listen to your gut about what the right meditation is for you.

I've used them and I could do most of the things Monroe talks about after practicing with them for like ~2 months daily. Maybe the hemisync technology is indeed pseudoscience but in the end of the day it also had Monroe's calming voice guiding you into what to do and where to focus so at least this helps.

However I already had lots of experience with meditation and astral projection before using them.

It's about your vibration and frequency. As I said, and not in a condescending way, It just is. All things are energy. There is no such thing as matter. Your consciousness as in mine which are two in the same are both connected and flowing from the source, there's no seperation or me and you, what "you" see in your daily life is just your conscious manifestation of the source.
