I've been alive long enough to realize that simple shit like the Dopamine and sugar from a soda is enough to cause my emotional state to be clear and motivated for 30 minutes to an hour, followed by sick and inflamed for the rest of the day.

What can we do to create Dopamine through willpower?

I am an experienced enough meditator that I can create sexual pleasure instantly at any point in my body,
but for some fucking reason I can't fake the clear headedness of Dopamine and high blood glucose.

Does anyone have experience hacking their dopamine creation through meditation or tricks? How can we sustain the effortless mental clarity of a sugar spike?

Yeah...not buying it.

I literally just spent 4 straight months walking 12 miles every single day.
Sometimes I would do that fasted for 72 hours. That would help, but often I would be fighting through it, relying on spiritual persistence.
And I would feel healthy and fit,
But that is nothing at all like the clarity of the poison they sell.

I realize that exercise is important, but it's more complicated than that.

Are you going to be intellectually honest or just fail to actually experience life?

Also,
Did you miss the part where I mentioned that meditation can unlock instant sexual pleasure from willpower alone?

I don't even want that ability, but if you think doing squats is the end-all-be-all of human-brain interaction, you might as well be a child.

You can't excercise your way into a 3rd graders understanding of humanity. You're going to need to just actually grow one

exercise is meditation, you just don't understand how to activate your vagus nerve so your heart and brain are in sync

Cool.
Is this actually an extension of a psychological meditative state,
or is it another one of those things people trick themselves into with breathing techniques and mistake the finger for the moon?

I guess what I'm asking is,
Are you saying that the trick is to exercise after syncing my heart and brain?

Does the vagus nerve itself need to be in a certain position?

Please tell me you understand the desires situation better than a dozen websites with breathing techniques. I can just tell the body what to do if I know what it is
