Just look. Doesn't even do the comparison justice. Out of all the planets discovered, ours just happens to be only one perfectly developed to support life? And that it is a complete coincidence it happened, there are people that legitimately believe this happened without an external influence?

how do you know its chosen?
what if we grown on mars or mercury consuming their specific atmosphere? we'd be of a different shape and life, but would call it mother planet too and throw this same argument of how it's perfect for us among others.

Yes, it is coincidence and for some reason this bothers you? How does this prove God exists? This is another one of those bullshit God of the gaps arguments. Venus and Mars were also habitable at one point how does that explain God?

Such arrogance.
We've never been to those worlds, at least not in this civilisation.
Don't for even one moment think that these nerds know what they're talking about.
There is only 1 gas giant in the system and that's the sun.
All the other worlds? Guesswork based on laws of artificial physics, incongruent with the reality surrounding us.

There is no reason to think that it didn't happen randomly. Everything we know about life biologically, tells us that it **could** happen randomly and spontaneously. From liquid water on Earth, to the creation of the first multiplying cells, to evolution resulting in human intelligence. None of it strictly requires guidance.

you are putting the cart before the horse.

"This is rather as if you imagine a puddle waking up one morning and thinking, “This is an interesting world I find myself in—an interesting hole I find myself in—fits me rather neatly, doesn’t it? In fact it fits me staggeringly well, must have been made to have me in it!” This is such a powerful idea that as the sun rises in the sky and the air heats up and as, gradually, the puddle gets smaller and smaller, frantically hanging on to the notion that everything’s going to be alright, because this world was meant to have him in it, was built to have him in it; so the moment he disappears catches him rather by surprise. I think this may be something we need to be on the watch out for."

Do you know that for certain? When did you visit and examined all the other planets? Hey, we cant survive underwater, right? So that means life underwater is impossible
Fuckint scientism i swear. Just because academia and nasa say they're authorities dont make it so
