I opened my eyes after sleeping for a few hours and saw this symbol but in white lines. What could it be? What could it stand for? What could be the meaning?

It is not caused by looking into light. My light was off. This is the first time something like this happened to me. And it is also too specific to just be random.

I don't know. Was it rotating? Was it flickering like an old time movie?

I've become entangled with the divine, in a good way, and for a few weeks I wake up from dreams to a faint rotating disc in my whole field of view. There are usually images in the center, clearer, that vary. The last time I recall it was a rapid series of symbols.

Were you drinking or using drugs of ANY kind (including pharmaceutical/OTC)? What did you eat before bed?

This could be after effects of blood pressure on your retina during sleep. You don't have to stare at a light for something like this to occur. Drugs and food can cause this.

Not mine, and it's neither the first nor the most obvious magic I have seen since a few months ago.

A mandala fractal pattern. The exact shape isn't important. Its basically the energy/information/material that dreams are made of. You were temporarily aware of your dream consciousness while you were awake, which is why you saw that.
