I had a dream Arnold Swarzenigger and I were old pals so I called him up and tried to shoot the shit but he didn't seem like he wanted to talk and was just giving one-word answers and shit. And then i heard the 20th century fox opening music really loud in the background and I was just like
>sounds like you're sitting down to watch a movie huh
>yes
>alright well i'll leave you to it then
and just hung up.
And as soon as A set the phone down, I woke up. it was exactly 3am and I couldn't get back to sleep.
Then, the reallyweird part:
2 nights later, I had another dream and Arnold called me and he was all
>hey look man i didn't mean to be a dick but it was a long day and i could barely hold my eyes open and i just wanted to fall asleep watching a movie
and we chatted for a while longer and ended up saying we'd meet up and grab a burger somewhere. Then, as soon as I shut the phone off and set it down, I woke up. It was 3am, and i couldn't go back to sleep.
What does it mean /x/ ?

The dream is its own answer.
The dream is personal. Only you and people who know you deeply can help you answer whatever the riddle is.
Collective symbols do exist, but the personal symbols explain most dreams.

Last night I dreamed that I was inventing a device that could attach to 18 wheelers and generate electricity as they drove downhill while decelerating them as a form of environmentally friendly braking. But instead when I was done inventing the device it ended up flinging frozen tires everywhere in a giant out of control spiral that shattered everyone's windshields. The last thing I remember was inspecting the damaged vehicles while hoping the insurance would cover it all.

I searched a city and found this very large worm-like organism. Think a "velvet worm". Now imagine that creature was gelatinous and translucent. It had parallel orange stripes, violet hues to the ends of it's pseudopods, specks of gold within it's body, and dark flesh elsewhere. When it saw me, it retreated into a pipe system which i traced. Eventually I cornered it and it just...something happened and I saw it coil, curl and twist elegantly. I reached for it and woke up.

>Dream 2
I was part of some elite group of mercenaries fighting on behalf of the army of a particular area of the world. The sky was heavy gray overcast with sunbeams breaking through. I was on a white horse and used a war scythe (impractical I think historically?). We fought the champions of another army, there were seven of us. I would go back and forth from fighting horseback to jumping off and attacking on foot. The champions got harder and harder and we didn't get out unscathed. Some of them were just giants that we had to coordinate efforts to take down.

If we killed all the champions we would save thousands upon thousands of lives as the battle would not occur. Our tournament was essentially "our champions vs your champions" and the winners would claim victory.

The final champion came through and he was wearing gaunt, skeletal-looking armor he had no weapons but had what looked like a prosthetic hand made of metal. He rode on a black-cloth-clad steed.
The fucker used magic. He would jump into the air on his horse, wreathed in violet flames. When he slammed into the ground it released fireballs. I charged headlong into the fire and was about ready to swing a heavy uppercut slash into the powerful foe as he landed but woke up.

Oh my electric skateboard does that. It's called 'regenerative breaking' or something.
Sadly, the actual electricity generated is abysmal compared to the amount needed to power things.

I had a dream I was on this vast landscape made up of neon bluish-orange tiles with a matching skyscape. There was this really good original synthwave kind of music playing and these really cool visuals of some sort of battle going on in the skies. It was really great. Then I noticed the overall shape of the neon tiles were in the form of a giant feminine figure. For some reason I felt like I needed to leave. I summoned up the willpower to detach my consciousness but I felt a force trying to pull me back, like claws digging into me. I managed to break free though and woke up.
Thoughts and interpretations?

Sounds like Nuada Airgetlám. He was the
first king of the Tuatha Dé Danann in Irish mythology.
He lost his arm in battle and had it replaced by a working silver one by the physician Dian Cecht and the craftsman Creidhne.
Champion warfare in quite common in European mythology such as the Ulster Cycle.
The idea of a metal hand is also found associated with the Indo-European god Sabazios. A bronze hand was used in his sanctuaries as an ritual item of worship

Would me fighting against him essentially show that I was a Fomorian?

I know of Fomorians because I did some research in order to make a character that I played as a long while ago. Didn't even read about Nuada though.

yah cool sounds like maybe past life reguritation. HOw are you built in this life? Usually things like that transfer over, you should be built very strong thick bones, big ole jaw, and pretty fearless when most would be scared.

That describes me to a pretty good degree, but I work in the medical field.

>dreaming
>walking around in a park in South Bend, at least it kinda looks like that, a place from back where I grew up.
>place is full of people from every concievable part of my life, I see Boba Fett, I see Tony Soprano, I see my 2nd grade teacher, I see a bunch of people I know, but nobody I know, y'know?
>hear a voice
>"It's okay to feel like you're wasting time."
>turn around
>holy shit, it's my dead father
>he sounds like THAT?
>"By the way, duck."
>turn around
>A GIANT fucking female DUCK flies at me from nowhere, honking

I wake up so fast I fall out of my chair, it turned out I fell asleep at my computer...
This is, I'm not sure this was a dream. I was only asleep for at most like, an hour or an hour and a half, I swear. Doesn't REM take 2 hours to activate? What does this mean, anon?

I have a recurring dream.
>be me
>fall and hit head on a fishbowl.
>be hurt just bad enough to still be able to work the graveyard shift at a convenience store.
>a group of Hare Krishnas always come in at 4am and buy 16 gallons of Slush Puppy and a package of banana flavored Ding Dongs.
>then the Swedish bikini team jumps out of a magazine and reads Moby Dick aloud from inside a giant carton of cottage cheese.
Why? What could it mean?
>am I mad?
Or is the world just a mystery too complex to understand?

what does it mean when my anime girl dreams almost always start off with us having a meal on a long, rectangular dining table? and then it flashes to a different scene and those are all different (i think)
