Assuming you get all the commonly known pros and cons I think I would pick werewolf, these days we can accurately predict when there is a full moon with weather apps so I could go on with my normal life with the bonus of healing + strength + sharp senses.

Finding human blood as a vampire is a deal breaker. Attacking random people is a no go, eventually you are going to get caught. You might be able to get hooked up to those young blood injections rich people do to stay young but those take an hour each time, cost quite a bit and i dont know if vampires can digest blood that is injected directly into their arteries

There are entire networks of child trafficking out there, organized serial killers who've somehow managed to evade digital surveillance, and even suspected trucker networks of serial killers all along I70 in the US. If a vampire was effectively invisible to the machines which are now relied upon for such investigations and had all other typical vamp powers too, that might be a pretty decent spot for them to get away with meals in a big city or especially 3rd world area. I guess it would depend on how often you really had to eat and how much.
