I don't agree that molecules themselves are spirits HOWEVER I do agree medication is evil sorcery and and I do agree spirits are/can be very small if need be. I think that's probably how they control the parasites in people's bodies to harm them. Spirits can also "splinter" which is why multiple people can have the same "Jezebel spirit" for instance.
