The way that works is you are transported into your own pocket dimension where you're God. If you want to destroy your own creation and yourself that would be... interesting to react that way to receiving infinite power. But to answer your question, yes, deals can be made in return for a tribute. They seem to agree with source energy from the heavens. It personally gives me a massive boost of energy that keeps me going like the energizer bunny. It seems like it does the same to them. Who knows what they do with the energy. I don't even know their names. The results have been consistent though because I'm consistent with my tribute. They entered my body and restructured my "code" Whatever I am is different from the original code I was born with.
