Well, they are certainly hominids. In the second video you can see them stand and walk with a human gait. It's possible they're a rare tribe of feral humans. Not entirely unreasonable in underdeveloped areas. They're a bit too nimble and flexible to be ordinary people. You would have to be raised to move like that since childhood. Also when they stand, their proportions appear closer to an adult than a prepubescent child.

Why does South America feel like some kind of fairyland continent?
