These are people not to be taken seriously.
The only guy i'd ever believe is bob lazar. He isnt media hungry, he's been raided by the FBI which found nothing, he was just a high profile target. That sphere if its real would have been scooped up. If not it means its not something new and has no value now.

I also trust John Mack, Budd Hopkins, and J Allen Hynek, because all three initially started out as debunker skeptics, and walked it back as the evidence stared them harder and harder in the face, ultimately ruining their reputation and professional careers.
It would have been incredibly easy for them to just throw witnesses under the bus as crazies and continue to deboonk Mick West style. Instead they stuck to the inconvenient facts, hell or high water.

And all three initially released their findings through proper scientific channels as research papers for as long as they could before finally giving up and writing books when journals wouldn't publish them anymore. They didn't just jump straight to BUY MY BOOK.
