Willpower, intercession, honestly, kindness, selflessness, pursuit of knowledge(just the regular mainstream stuff like hard sciences, at least an extra language, psychology and philosophy are great too, other soft sciences like sociology are only good to know on the surface), hard work, physical exercice, devotion, get to know yourself and the world until you get there.
