Reincarnation for the you you know yourself as doesn't mean another life. The persona you see yourself as, with your likes, memories, opinions and perspectives, the being of flesh bearing particular name, fears, hopes and dreams will live only once.
But behind it there's something more, a greater part of oneself, hidden from you, one you aren't aware of at all without proper spiritual practice and the few who are and learned of often consider a separate, greater being, a guardian angel, a divine. That one experiences many lives, grows and refines itself from them - you are a mask it wears and when the mask ends its life/breaks, unless it was extraordinarily prepared and adjusted to fit the existence afterwards (again, through spiritual practices giving it a stable form for when the material breaks) - it will end its existence and the being behind it will move on.
You can alternatively think of yourself-in-a-body as a videogame character. The game will end and the character will die/be deleted, but the player immersed in it, who was the real power and controller behind the character, no matter what character thought as per the game's plot - will be enriched and move on.
>>40663824Stories, be they anime or other media like movies, books or games may provide not only escapism and entertainment, but stir emotions, deliver experiences, refine worldviews, teach or direct a person. I agree that living only through them would be a waste, but they hold quite some potential value depending what you see and can take from them. The whole imageboard was made by and for weebs and weebery is a mainstay forever.
