Is it worth learning? the DR who made it claims he can cure cancer ,at the very least he PROVED he can cure mice of cancer..ironically I don't want or need any healing, Im in it for the manifestations per se
basically you do a series of self-discovery dialogues, make a list of 20 (at least) symbolic image-word, one for each desire and learn to speedily cycle them mentally.
