Updated: I just saw him again at work today. Spoke about how he saw me and had to say hi and how he saw me at the mall yesterday. Yesterday he was in fancy attire, today I saw him in landscaping gear but with no stains. What’s going on? I’m concerned now.

It's very simple. If you bump into him again, just playfully mention that you've been running into each other a lot lately (sometimes that just happens) and tell him you won't visit his church before he can even mention it. And if you encounter him again after that, don't even speak to him, just a nod or a slight wave, but if he starts talking to you, just walk away. If he follows you and mentions his church, don't even say anything, just stab him.
