as a rule of thumb, i'm discarding and avoiding all books that contain the words "forbidden knowledge" "secret" "ultimate" and other eye-catching superlatives. Like yeah sure you nigger wrote the solution to the equation of life, submitted it to a publisher, titled it "the one tre actual real secret forbidden technique to become god" or some shit and everyone went along with it, and also its true, and it works, no problems.
