Indigibro here. Found out a large chunk of my family on my mi'kmaq side are skinwalkers and skadegamutc and it was hidden from me out of my kookums fear of them.

I already have done a lot of goetic magick and what is considered contacting evil spirits in my past because it came very naturally and easily to me, but gave it up to try and be better. Turns out it is generational and there's a reason it's been so natural and easy for me.

Never heard of this from anyone else, only other natives trying to do the ritual to become one. Not it being a generational thing. No one talks about shit in our culture and I feel roadblocked in this situation with wanting to know more details.
