The Shadow Government of the United States is Babylon, and answers to the King/Queen of Babylon. They work with Reptilians and high level Jews. By extension, the United States is Babylon. The Trump Administration tried and failed to negotiate with the Shadow Government of the United States. The Council on Foreign relations was originally created to Reunify the United States with the British Empire. Such a reunification is possible under the King of Babylon. The CIA works for the Shadow Government, which is why it seems like they have gone rogue. What happens behind closed doors is a closely guarded secret. When the Federal Government falls during the Civil War, the Shadow Government will come out of the Dark with Secret Advanced technology to bring order to the chaos, and will allow UN troops to patrol the streets, since they don’t have their own standing army, only Above Top Secret Special Operations Strike Teams, these guys are killers.
