they are deeply transparent to eachother, constantly talking with one another, each with their own character of speaking just like with people. They are all actually perfectly united, they arent "self hating" like they are often shown in pop culture or even mentioned in Church demonology

there are all sorts of hierarchy in a demon; there is indeed always one at the top, but how he rules depends, some make the ones under them do a lot, some are more direct in rule; just like with man, there are many different styles of rulership. And just like with man, there is still always organically SOMEONE at the top in some way, even if their style is subtle and not seemingly in the forefront
