Any black anons here? I want book and reading recommendations for spirituality that's African or largely black centered in general (can include Carribean/voodoo, hoodoo, native etc). I do not know any books.
Years ago I watched a guy on youtube (he was black if this is so important to you) who talked a lot about sungazing as a means to get spiitual insight and he was also into some yogapostures and jumping.
I think his videos are still on youtube, his name was "masterearth" if I remember correctly.
I think you can still find them using the google search "masterearth sungazing youtube"
Maybe that is something you like.
