Vision 1 Details:

When I was young, like <10 years old (maybe like 7-8, but I cannot recall correctly) I had a first experience of a vision of some sort that I can remember at least.

I was at a birthday party (+sleepover) for my classmate with bunch of other children from the same class of like 15-23.
There was a lot of snacks (be it salty, sour or sugary) - I do not recall how much I ate, but at one point I remember having this vision in a like lucid dream state of some kind?
[perhaps sugar induced hallucination? I tried looking for info about it but I was not able to, as it would led me to either a coma or death, which well, did not happened and I am alive (I think? /s)]

It went as follow (it was really brief) - I literally saw a burning object flying down somewhere (it was going from left upper corner of my vision to the right bottom corner), like a meteor, an asteroid or whatever, but it was big, like really big (not planet size tho). It wasn't insanely fast, but it looked like you would look at an object like that in a apocalypse type movie.

Vision 2 Details:

For this I have no recollection at all as of when and where it happened, but I remember it in some bit of a details even 15+ years have passed (I dismissed it as young mind playing tricks on myself)

A note: I never saw any movies about cosmos and sci-fi at that time (Star Wars, Star Trek, Doctor who - you name it, nor did I ever study other cases of people that might have similar experience)

It was a vision of me traveling at a fairly quick speed through a city of some kind.

The city was LARGE in size, there were very tall buildings, but I have no comparison as I was in the air and did not see the bottom of the building as I was traveling by flight and only saw the upper parts of building - let's say if you could look at a 10th story building, I was on like a 7th-8th floor.
No visible craft in that vision that I was on, but it seemed like my movement was indeed "mechanical" as in perfect curves, straight lines and so on, not affected my acceleration, the view was similar to looking from a car windows, just a bit wider. There were however other object flying through as well - no recollection on how they looked like, my mind is blank on that part, I just know there were other objects.

The city looked like it was in a what I can describe the best - a waxing crescent (moon phase) shape - the middle of the city seemed to be used for travel, like a main road one could say, with some side streets here and there - no idea if it led anywhere, as I was going through the middle. City was overly white, like hospital, kinda unnatural(?) white color and very shiny.
Buildings varied to be honest - skyscrappers with edged tops, your more standard "blocky" kind of a build (rectangular, or cubic) - no triangular shapes that I can remember at least.
There was a background, but I get mixed memory of it - either it was black (no atmosphere), or blue (similar to our atmosphere)

And that was the vision, or at least what I can remember of it. Perhaps I did watched something like those movies mentioned above, but nothing comes to mind even now - still have not watched them to this day

Experiences were:
1. Deja vu - common occurrence in the world, but from what I gathered by talking with friends etc - mine were a lot more frequent than others
2. Sleep paralysis (SP) - varied from audio/hearing, visual, "feeling" and some type of out of body hallucinations | and more frequent that others, just straight up paralysis, mind awake, body is not (lasted from several seconds of me trying to actively get out of them by focusing on finger/toe movement, on my breath and on my voice - I start to produce a low hum to focus on it, and usually I would wake up shortly after)

2.1:
Audio/hearing - I would for example, lay on my side (or very rarely on my back - I normally lay on my back for different things tho - more on that later below) and try to go to sleep - sometimes I would either be paralyzed without hallucinations (feeling related to that was suddenly feeling like I have fallen down from a distance to cause noticeable pain, yet no pain and it takes a moment), others I would go to sleep and either wake in the middle of REM cycle (I assume), or when it was time to get up either way.

2.2:
Visual - easy, I saw some entities, be it humanoid or monster like - sometimes they emerged from darkness, other times it was through a shape of clothes etc (common occurrence world wide)
Cannot provide any details on how they looked, but I knew they were not "real" in a sense that my mind can translate, or real-real like clothes (that I know I put them there)
They were not any common sleep paralysis demon like from what I remember, if you have examples to perhaps refresh my memory - hit me up and I will see if I can confirm fully, or partially

2.3:
"Feeling" - hard to explain, but you do not hear, or see anything - you just get a feeling that something is there - similar to the phenomenon (not sure if true) that if someone looks at you, you can "kind of" feel it? being aware of your environment more
Or if you were in a crowd, and someone looked at you - you could PINPOINT to them and look at them back.
I believe one of these is called "scopaesthesia"? But I never read more to it

2.4:
OOB? - this is still very unclear to me, I would disassociate and see myself from 3rd person view, but not visually - more like in my mind? like 3rd eye (this is how people describe it I believe), and due to that however weird it sounds I can visualize myself better - the position of my leg, how it looks, how am I clothed and how it looks from the back (not perfectly) and same for other things, like the apple visualization exercise, but even a level higher than 1 (full irl apple iirc?), not often now though.

ONLY ONE TIME I SAW MYSELF IN A 3RD PERSON VISUALLY WHILE BEING AWAKE AND DOING SOMETHING, like beyond: two souls (game) type of deal, but in full color - scared the living shit out of me (happened when the game was out, so perhaps mind playing tricks - never played it though, just saw gameplay), as I would be another person, looking at myself, but from a distance (my experience why, I saw the back and side of me while being ~1m above me in the Y axis)

Details on audio focused SP:
-I would hear a voice of an entity, speaking in a language not known to me - entity was speaking directly to my ear in a monotone voice/style, but the feeling I got when hearing it was pure fear, I could feel the hair on my back stand in fear, I could feel the weight of something on my side - it ended shortly after I tried manually waking up from it since it was terrifying

-When I was laying on my back and the sleep paralysis hit me at some point - I remember hearing my cat telling me that they are cold (winter time), and to pet them. What is weird is that my cat jumped on my stomach AFTER I have heard that voice (it was a manly voice, my cats are female - if you need to know)

2.5:
At some point they were so severe that I was getting like 10 per night and was unable to sleep as this state does not allow you to relax and sleep, and I had to awake myself fully - as mentioned, by moving a finger slightly for a bit, humming etc.
Usually it takes couple of seconds to wake myself again, but one time it has lasted couple of minutes - felt like, I think this might be the closes thing to it - locked in syndrome, as I was staring at a digital clock, seeing time pass, but unable to move - just breathe - really disturbing experience

2.6:
The feeling of SP starting for me is the feeling of falling, stuff getting quieter to a point I can hear my breath loudly, my heartbeat clearly and a feeling of dread, fear and I have just but moments to act as to not fall into it - unable to always react, especially when tired and it was like a 3th SP in that specific HOUR - but at least waking from it is easier now, still annoying

3. Prophetic dreams - nothing major, but I would dream of like getting a specific grade at a test 3 weeks from now (surprise test, no info about it was told), doing something in a video game, or while playing with toys, telling something specific and/or hearing it - connected to Deja vu I would assume.

4. Lucid dreams - this has been with me for a long time from what I recall, the dreams would start as usual - random things occurring, but at some point I would be aware that I am in a dream and get to move more freely within the dream, before waking up abruptly from it. No idea when my first exp. was with it - sorry

Not sure, but I heard that in dreams you cannot visualize phones and see dates on them, use them etc - not for me, even recently I had a dream when I use a phone to check time, and call someone (but was not able to understand them - speaking in gibberish or noises)

4.1:
Sometimes when I am sleeping and there is no light source irl - I would see a flash bright light as if someone beamed it into my eyes and be awoken by it with a feeling that I have not slept really, but feeling at ease and relaxed (and not sleepy)
No car lights, no irl flashing me in the eyes by family members
Also, time would pass as I would remember laying down at let's say 7:23PM and then this happened and it was 10:54PM (I feel like it happened in a moment)

A Note: They were never bad for me, as in the dreams were not nightmares, or what I count as a nightmare (check below for context), no malicious entities (unless you know punch in a dream and get punched, chased and trip etc), no "pain" here

5. (A weird one) - I have not been woken up by my alarm clock in my phone or by someone for easily, 17+ years, I would ALWAYS wake before it/them, be it seconds, minutes and well hours (might be just poor sleep if it is hours before). I even had a one-time experience when being on a summer/winter camp (I guess you can call it that when I was <10 years old as well, I've been to that summer camp a lot of times, as it happened 2 times a year in the same location - related to a charity organization) of seeing a roommate entering my room in a dream-like state and waking me up - I woke up right there, and oddly enough they have JUST entered the room to wake me up. Which was puzzling to me at that time.

Point to 5. - I had a experience in my life and I am unable to pinpoint the exact year, date, hour, season at all - I was walking back home via the usual road that I took from a friend after school and it was dark dark already (street lights were on, but on the roads mainly, and not the pavement/sidewalk, at one point I had an urge/feeling to look to my right (on my right there was a normal building - "Administrative Court" to be more specific, it is in the city area, nothing unusual about it even when searching for it, just a normal building, there were building lights and garden lights on, but near the fence it was dark - so only I was in the light - visible to anything in the dark, as weird as it sounds you get the idea) and I saw something about 1,5-3 heads shorter than me (I am 170cm) in the dark (hard to measure, but I had to look down with my head to see the silhouette), near the fence of this building, and it was looking at me back. We were about 4m apart of each-other, but I was not able to make any details of this entity (not even the eyes, I just knew it was looking at me) - if it was standing, or hunched back etc. my initial though was that I saw an animal of some sorts, be it monkey or whatever (Image a bit bigger capuchin monkey), but when I wanted to take a better look at it, it moved back and then it was gone - no indication on what happened to it.
Perhaps I was too tired, already suffering from issues as mentioned above and just hallucinated it, or imaged it due to the dark.

These were/are not nice, as I would often wake up from them WHILE remembering them in detail (like lucid dreams, but I was not the one in control there), I would wake up wet from sweat, my heart pumping, yet my mind was not scared, just annoyed (besides couple of times it has happened in the beginning - I grew accustomed to it, same for SP)

For context - I always though of them of just nightmares and the pain I experienced in them was on a level my brain has encountered before - you know, if you cut yourself, break a bone, trip etc - it seems like a valid reason, how could my brain present me with that level of pain without ever experiencing one - my maximum point of pain was when I was hit with a boot that someone threw at my nose, causing it to bleed badly and having nosebleeds here and there for a bit.
The experiences, the more unsettling ones were not near that level of pain, they were FAR FAR worse, which shaped me to no be that prone to violence (I rarely even raise my voice, but when I do I get told it is scary and loud)

I have developed sleep problems very young due to that, would wake other people up by screaming at night, be scared to fall asleep, not sleep well enough - insomnia (persist to this day in mixed severity)

7. Ringing in the left ear (not tinnitus) that is happening from time to time - nothing happens though - so there might be some issues in that department with my hearing? I know this also it not that uncommon, but wanted to include it here in case it might be familiar to someone in this context - disregard if needed

8. one time deal - when I was around 13-15 and was playing video games (no illness, was not sick, not sleep deprived, fully healthy) I lost the ability to see with my left eye - it was literally NOTHING, not even blackness as if you close your eyes without light source - it was just void, null, nothing at all.

This lasted couple of seconds and I was on a Skype call with friends, told them about it when it was happening, but thankfully it went away quickly after that. I could not reach a phone and open camera mode, a mirror or anything reflective nor anyone to check my eye (right in that moment) in that time frame when it happened (Phone was behind me on the table, around 1,5m of distance and I was in a state of panic (as one would when suddenly losing your vision), mirror was in the toilet which was like 5-6m away from my room, monitor was matte, no one was home - never happened again)
I do have problems with my visions now - my left eye sees floaters and has permanent scotomas(? - when you look at a light and you see the after-image of it persist) even especially if I squint my eye and look at a bright and lighted surface, my right eye has astigmatism - both checked with other doctors - conclusion by them? I probably stared at the sun too long when I was a child (I did not, my eyes are blue and I am unable to navigate with both eyes opened when it is a sunny day - it either fucking hurts, or I have my eyes squinted/or use one eye only to not allow that amount of light to pass through - limiting the input of the light my eyes/brain process.

Might be related to school stress, atmospheric pressure, health issues that never surfaced

9. Laying on my back causes me to contemplate more clearly, I can focus more on well, anything basically.
I can enter lucid-like-dream-state often (hear irl stuff, see dream stuff and interact with both separately) - it does not happen often
Also when laying on my back - I am unable to sleep unless I am really tired/sleep deprived - we are taking 60h+ of no sleep, or extreme body fatigue of some kind. So it comes in handy if you want to relieve embarrassing events or be lost in the thought for hours at a time even and overthink a lot of scenarios.

Recently when I was laying like that with my eyes closed, no light source, dark in the room I would focus on the frown lines (brows) and would see like a image of static distortion (old tv like, but dark, barely visible) - have not been able to progress on it, as I would be distracted from something after a bit of time - might be sleep fatigue, sleep pills (which I take rarely, only if I have an event coming up that I want to get some sleep before - job/school were not one of them) related

I had some other weird experiences and I do have to this day, but they are rather mundane and normal for others - although they have stopped presenting themselves that frequently after I experienced loss of family members (yes, multiple members - natural causes) and (weirdly enough) when I tried to not stress as much (vacation, free period of time and things like that)
Both (death, and trying no to stress much - still sounds weird I know) happened when I was an adult, not a child/teen - so take it as you wish, not here to argue on a belief of any kind if there is any related to this - just venting/ranting.

No clue if this is a relevant place here, new to this forum in practice, do know a small bit in theory.

this is a rant, or a vent if you will - I just want to share my life long experiences, because they frankly scare me to this day and I cannot explain them fully or at all.

English is my second language, and I might use wrong word/definitions to describe some things - point them out to me and I can try to clarify to the best of my abilities.

Also my ability to write a coherent story is non-existent and it is pure chaos, so it is better to leave it as be for clarity sake. Sorry though, it is a mess most likely. I am describing event/experiences specifically- they can be similar to each-other but not enough to me to put them under one conclusion.

To Vision 1:
I am not diabetic in case it matters
I did not pass out after the amount of potential sugar I ate nor did I vomited
I was not dehydrated
I did not fall asleep for a while after, due to being scared

Some events are still unclear, I tried providing some explanations as to WHY they might've happened from a more "scientific" POV (although my knowledge of science in this regard is basic at most - no special education of such kind) if I have ANY

fucked up the reply - missing point 6:

6. Nightmares - right now whenever they happen I treat them as movies, but thankfully they stopped showing up AFTER traumatic events - varied from falling out of something, being drowned, burned alive, tortured, skinned alive, encountering monsters/demons, bones being forcefully broken, quite literally getting KILLED
I do not consume that great of any horror/thriller content to be more prone to such dreams that often, but I do consume it every now and then.

You can still read it in a coherent way I think so all good
