You can't trigger stuff like that, until after you map your full neural directory, one fiber at a time.
Afterwards, you'll need to figure out where/how to feel your self dopamine release. You have about 40,000 neurons in your heart, the control you have over blood flow influences dopamine release and uptake.
Yogi's and devout monks learn to control individual aspects of the cardiovascular system. You as a regular person, can do the same.
BEN Meditation is a good start, since that helps you map your neural directory.
