Yeah, most personal devices are on dynamic IPs. Static IPs are typically reserved by ISPs for business accounts for a myriad of reasons, usually security or some sort of business rooted requirement, and cost 10x as much as standard internet packages. Bragging about having a dynamic IP is like bragging about driving and automatic car.

I stopped posting here because of the ban on VPNs.
Without the VPNs, the internet becomes barely navigable from where I live, as 9 in 10 sites asks for captcha just for viewing them. The captchas only go away after I turn the VPN on, but then I can't post here.
Also the 2 minutes timer (and plus more captcha) is a deterrent for posting.
