While meditating I saw a couple of times an entity very similar to picrel. Now it's manifesting in real life as well. It bangs on stuff, tapping etc. Interferes with electronics. Also now when I close my eyes I see a wave of light

2 yrs ago a voice called out to me in a dream telling me that someone was dead and I needed to check in on everyone when I woke up, so I did, I woke up right away and started calling my dad and his girlfriend who were on drugs and the most likely out of the people I knew to be dead.
My boyfriend called me shortly after, I was sort of shaken because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone, he let me know that his dad didn’t show up to work the day before so they were gonna do a welfare check on him.

I've had two separate experiences where I had messages from the recently deceased in dreams. Not premonitory, so not enough to convince skeptic materialist types, but when you practice dreaming you can begin to distinguish between inner and outer influences, so to speak..
