I'm unfamiliar with any clear method. Near as I can tell, one's "True Name" is what you're given at birth, christening, or however else cultural norms dictate it, but modern culture has shifted this immensely and now it's more likely to be how an individual identifies themselves. Be it a nickname, stage name, magical usename, or even an online handle. I myself don't even really hold comfortably to any name, so if there is anything more suitable like you're searching for, I'd love to know as well.

So you're asking about the true name of your daemon, your higher self? I label it that because the ones that deal with us are called heroic or daemons of humanity. They come from the same human intelligible precedents or paradigm that you or I do except they're less differentiated in that it's primary in psychic procession so therefore closer in essence and thereby completely transcendent to all matter and abiding totally in the Gods by nature due to their proximity to said intelligible source which is predicated by a divine unity.
