They keep meeting up with this same elderly tour group over and over. They are on a bus in the Southwest, and later on a plane to (I think) Washington DC, with the same clueless old lady.

The joke is the ambiguity between "slots" and "sluts", that's it. Gamblers mention "hot" slots or "prime" sluts" or "expecting" slots but there's no such thing as "loose" slots. That sounds like the machine is loosely assembled and will drop your credits outside the credit reciever. Stop accepting free drinks at the casino, anon.
