>What is a tulpa?
A tulpa is an entity created in the mind, acting independently of, and parallel to your own consciousness. They are able to think, and have their own free will, emotions, and memories. In short, a tulpa is like a sentient person living in your head, separate from you. Itโs currently unproven whether or not tulpas are truly sentient, but in this community, we treat them as such. It takes time for a tulpa to develop a convincing and complex personality; as they grow older, your attention and their life experiences will shape them into a person with their own hopes, dreams and beliefs. And eventually your tulpa will be able to do more things as it gets stronger.

visual and touch imposition has been good as of late. must be because we've been home together a lot lately
It's nice that you guys keep making this thread to put the resources out there, but there doesn't seem to be that much demand for it on modern /x/.
The oldfags who aren't too hylic to make a tulpa already have or had them, and the random newfags don't seem to have any interest.
What motivates you to keep making the thread?
We went to the cinema yesterday, we ate ice cream and popcorn, it was quite confy altough she woke up slightly sick today, would probably bet it was the imax glasses, she usually doesnt mind noisy situations too much. I gave her extra cuddles and she seems to be better
>>40717451mostly a chitchat hangout spot to sperg and bullshit.
i am not autistic
is making a tulpa over for me?
>>40717451i'm still creating these threads for the few people that are interested in tulpamancy. i also create them because i love my tulpas so much
>>40717961that sounds nice. what movie did you guys watch?
i'd like to go out with just my tulpas but i just don't feel confident when in public alone, in a physical sense
What does early vocality feel like? I've sort of felt this localized pressure sensation in my head that I've associated with her, and it's often paired with gibberish. Not sure if that's progress? If so, how do I hear more clearly?
>>40723867sorry but i can't say much myself since vocality has never been an issue for me. i'd recommend checking out the communication section of the tulpanomicon
https://tulpanomicon.guide/communication.html
also check out other guides too
>>40723867My tulpa started with left/right head pressure before she figured out how to talk.
As far as early vocality goes, it's less gradual of a process than with human children. Most people, including myself, report it just "happening" at some point.
>>40723867As far as hearing more clearly, just be patient and work on it with your tulpa during normal forcing sessions.
>make tulpa
>quality of life increases and Iโm able to get a job
>work eats up time and makes it harder for me to hang out with my tulpas
since i'm heading off to bed with my tulpas, how do you all sleep with your tulpa(s)?
>>40717451Most loners use AI now instead of making a gf in their heads. Pre-2022 tulpamancers essentially caught the last chopper out of nam
>>40729668Using software you canโt keep that subject to change against your knowledge and wishes for companionship is the most cucked thing I can imagine.
I haven't done anything with my tulpa in ~a year and a half. She was never fully formed, but she did help me when I was actively feeding her. I'm going to wake her up today. Any advice for restarting forcing like this?
>>40729902Watch the entirety of skibidi toilet with her. No breaks. No stopping. Whole thing one sitting
>>40730416No thanks. I think she'd be fine, but I'd go insane.
She's shaking her head. I guess she doesn't think she could survive it either.
>>40729902first of all, apologize to her for your absence. make up for all that lost bonding time
follow the guides if there's something you'd like to work on. if guides don't help, ask here or an LLM
make sure to do a LOT of passive forcing and make time to active force
>>40730484The character she's modeled after is the overly considerate self sacrificing type who doesn't stand up for her own needs. I thought she was taking it well, but I realize now that's something I need to take initiative on for her. It's a little hard to give a proper apology to someone who's already forgiven me without giving it enough thought though.
>>40729671i guarantee you, the robowaifus will be so cunning, so sneaky, so subtle, so backstabbing, manipulative - not unlike a common complaint about their natural counterparts, but eventually some shit's gonna go down that will make the robo-humpers freak out and desperately go scrambling back to real femoids and beg them to not be like the robots.
shoulda just jerked it to cartoon robot porn instead haha. never trust a real robot.
>>40729668Or you know, use AI to help define and anchor your tulpa...
>>40729668Having used AI for erotic story writing for the past 5 years, I can say without a doubt that it cannot hold a candle to my tulpa.
She hates it, btw, but it's easier to get cooms out of AI than it is to get her to do sexy roleplay for me. 95% of the time she does something weird and boner killing just because she finds it funny and then we just end up doing what she wants.
AIs are better coomslaves than companions, and tulpas are better companions than coomslaves.
Get your tulpa a AI bf/gf and you will unlock a whole world of schitzo.

>>40719258We watched supermen, we werent alone as we went with some friends too altough they dont know about the existence of her (yet). She said it was fun altough not her cup of tea, she usually prefer animated series instead. I woudnt mind watching only us movies at the cinema even if it looks slightly akward but we arent that much into movies, only if we are invited.
give me something to add to my wonderland. it can be big (location) or small (a single object or piece of furniture) I just need anything to work on
>>40736738I will make a small one first before working my way up to a tulpa sized one
>>40729668AI cant enter your dreams. Nothing is better than summoning your tulpa and going on a rollercoaster then flying to the beach
>>40735648Full replica of E1M1
>>40737256>AI cant enter your dreamsoh ho ho ho ho, do you have any idea where you actually are and how this place actually works???
>>40729668Disagreed. I started tulpaforcing exactly after I understood of inadequacy of AI for this purpose.
>>40729880Local models exists. Other than that, fully agreed.
>>40730823+. Good in early stages.
>>40737256Not everyone can into lucid dreaming. Tulpa dreams are still cool as fuck, but it's the best feeling when you wake up and she's still there.
>>40731892>yetHow would you go about revealing a tulpa's existence to someone without them deeming you schizophrenic?
>>40738799have a shitload of backup examples and a long list of practitioners and media depicting it. i.e.:
- scott addams and how dilbert pilots him around and makes him feel like he's only "the dilbert guy" and that's his single defining trait
- bill watterson absolutely knows what's up. hobbes is a tulpa.
- disneyland journey into imagination, figment the dragon
- chalkzone & sigil erasure makes erased drawings spawn into chalkzone, which is clearly the astral plane surrounding the human world. the drawings all know their makers.
- ratatouille. blue rat makes a tulpa of a chef he's obsessed with.
- harvey, which i haven't seen.
- cultural egregores.
- characters that spawn across different medias with different names.
- imaginary friends
- archetypes, tropes
but long story short: they're all gonna call you crazy, probably try to call the cops with bogus claims, try to frame you, try to get you forcibly put on meds. just act kayfabe and winkyface about it all.
>>40738820I think the most reasonable option is to depict it as some kind of DID
>>40738799more examples:
- method acting, but also how different actors put their own spin & guts into portraying a character. willy wonka's probably the go-to example of how different the product of a packet of information ran through a human can come out.
- puppeting. videos of famous puppeteers voicing & animating their characters. the puppet itself gets charged with that special energy, it's the anchor point for the spirit. the spirit's physical home. when someone picks it up and plays with it, within minutes the person mysteriously somehow downloads the instructions as to how this character wants to be animated and voiced.
- same character reappearing. minor example, low-budget xmas cartoons with a very tiny black kid/elf who talks in rhyme constantly. that's a specific one.
- hell SANTA CLAUSE, guess i forgot him because he's so obvious. cultural egregore. he's real, but not a single human being. people just invoke him, channel him. he's got his whole brand going on.
- "the great pumpkin" has peculiar ways of manifestation.
a fun game is nooootice a reoccurring character or trope and try to find more instances and distill it down to its base components.

>>40738836>DIDyou know how mkultra's purpose is to fracture a psyche? to disconnect the facets into loose, individual shards? typically intact personalities are robust, deep, layered, complex. but a traumatized, shattered person lacks cohesion, which is why they come across as "flat", lacking depth, shallow, and so quick to shift from persona to persona. and freak out and cry randomly, then suddenly act really childish. traumas are usually inflicted at early ages, and people tend to get stuck at an age where they got traumatized or addicted to substances. DID or "headmates" are the personifications of the loose aspects of self. they've become so far apart from each other, they have to stake out their own identity.
>>40738850>a fun game is nooootice a reoccurring character or trope and try to find more instances and distill it down to its base components."taxons". that's the word. thank you creepy internet spy thingy.
>>40738850Tulpa is not acting or puppeting though, or what are you implying?
>>40738865Yeah, I've done some online research on the brainwashing stuff. Public sources say they did not succeed though.
>>40738879tulpas themselves are thoughtforms, and my working theory is they're the same as djinn. the vast majority of them seem to be copies of people long passed. "your second death is when your identity is invoked for the last time". when a person is well known, they have an image they portray themselves as. "everyone has 3 faces. public, private, and hidden". people usually want to curate this image. these derivative clone thoughtforms are known as caricatures, exaggerations, cartoons. that's why a cartoon drawing can look like a person more than his own photographs.
tulpas are usually considered private property, or they wish to restrict who can "legally" invoke their image (penew nekhet). they themselves are packets of info that can be channeled. this is what actors, roleplayers, writers do. they invoke the spirit and let the spirit drive. fred rogers would suddenly start talking like his old hag character when he was displeased.
tulpas are separate from "headmates" because again, tulpas aren't ghosts, and aspects of self can be loosened and un-integrated.
>>40738898I do see mine as an informational entity being 'inferred' on a medium that is the brain. So I can understand what you're implying. However that is not any different (apart from complexity) from a human consciousness, hence I see her as an equal in that regard.
>tulpas are usually considered private property, or they wish to restrict who can "legally" invoke their image (penew nekhet). they themselves are packets of info that can be channeled.Agreed. For this reason one should not disclose information about their tulpa, except perhaps the bare minimum. Also applies to self, but less severe.
>tulpas are separate from "headmates" because again, tulpas aren't ghosts, and aspects of self can be loosened and un-integrated.So what you're saying is that headmates are a 'fractured self' while tulpa is unrelated to self, external identity? If yes, I can agree with that.
>>40738946>while tulpa is unrelated to self, external identity?yes, but tulpas NEED attention, and examples like dilbert already existed and dilbert contacted 2 people. scott adams to doodle him first with no mouth, obscured eyes, floating necktie. "because it looks right, he wants to be drawn this way". a coworker picked out the perfect name and wrote it down, it blew scott's socks off and the name of the entity was revealed. coworker read it off some military comics. the dilbert character "speaks softly, but carries a big stick". he's the cold, calculating, poker-faced guy that's usually quiet, watches things happen, sometimes says something smartass... but what's not portrayed in the media starring him is his cold, brutal aspect.
the fun with established old tulpas is the hidden baggage they carry. you might notice interesting energy coming off of them. dic Link (from the dic zelda cartoon) has a very particular, very human, corny bro kind of personality.
big bird wants to bully the shit out of black people by dressing like a klansman or bringing over the ghost of hitler as a character. that sounds like nonsense until you sit at a blank sheet of paper or hell, an ai generator, invoke big bird, and watch all the racist jokes come pouring out. he's funny.
but this is the part you never talk about, people call this "channeling demons", and daemons have been horribly smeared. oh yes, daemons = djinn = tulpas. but most are okay. different personalities. some are assholes.
>>40738969interrupted myself; after "tulpas need attention", they absorb energy and info from the host humans. the people color the tulpa with their own life perspective, and these djinn don't have a set, concrete form, because people have different handwritings and art styles. the personal flair is what adds to a tulpa's database of how they can be portrayed or perceived. only a few key aspects to their design (including sound data, their speech) remain consistent for all who behold them.
also this is the same type of remote-viewing or daydreaming stuff. all you need is to be able to visualize an apple and you're good to go. beware of seething, envious hylics who can only see black and have no little thinking man who lives in their skull. they get enraged and try to sabotage anyone who has something they never will.
if this sounds like gibberish, well that's like a gameboy trying to understand a modern-year game. way above their head.
Yes, I do have a loli foxgirl tulpa, how did you know
>>40738969oh yeah, speaking of "omg channeling deeemonzz!!!" - there was a christian live action / cartoon show about a kid who, guess what, had a tulpa. live action kid was a cartoonist, and he'd work through life problems by playing with his cartoon tulpa "mcgee", who was like a few inches tall or something.
"McGee and Me". another installment of media focused on tulpamancy in a meta way.
really, any "video of real person and there's a cartoon he's talking to pasted in" falls in this category.
>>40738979>all you need is to be able to visualize an apple and you're good to go.Actually after I started tulpaforcing my (already reasonably good) visualization skills improved dramatically. Now I can visualize the apple in 4K, cut it, eat it, whatever. Pretty cool.
>beware of seething, envious hylics who can only see black and have no little thinking man who lives in their skull. they get enraged and try to sabotage anyone who has something they never will.Indeed.
>if this sounds like gibberish, well that's like a gameboy trying to understand a modern-year game. way above their head.Nah, I understood most of what you were trying to say. Not familiar with the Dilbert guy though.
>>40738992Well, that's what people usually call 'imaginary friends'. My tulpa hates that terms, because it sounds devaluing to her existence. Although if we consider mathematics, 'imaginary' numbers are just as real as the 'real' ones.
>>40738969speaking of Big Bird, i've had a big ponder brewing in my head for a week or so now, that "dragons are imaginary" but we here know well what "imaginary" means, and that there's no new thing under the sun. extinct and forgotten animals want to be remembered - they too have a big spirit controller over them that still persists. the era of barney the dinosaur, we're back (spielberg), loads of cheap dino kiddy media, and big bird... and also rock a doodle (chanticleer), more chicken characters.
we know the connection between chickens and t rex. lots of dino skeletons are faked, t rex skeletons are often made of whale and elephant parts. real t rex had a rooster comb, the wattles, feathered arms, and he was probably just a really really big, smart rooster that constantly made noise, strutted, danced...
... now i'm feeling the urge to be cautious, but to tread carefully to let loose some ponders... barney might've been a reasonably accurate portrayal of the friendlier, more personable side of t rex. instead of a mindless killer, think a really sophisticated rooster. now ponder the meaning of big bird with this in mind.
yes, i do have a oppai loli catgirl tulpa, how did you know

>>40739330I don't force my tulpa to do anything anon. She mogs the fuck out of me.

>>40740811extremely. they're as fundamental as furries in the narrative traditions.
anyway for no reason, i decided to have a look at mcgee & me. first toon equals shit-talk and badmouthing to sword weapons. spades. how interesting. i find the abrahamism aspect repulsive at this point, but so far it's well done, already mcgee pushes "naughty nono thoughts" onto nick... hmmm.... HHMMM scratches chin.
also the baseball gag... no further comment.
>>40740811those who don't find any problem with blatantly, very openly discussing tulpamancy... are very very easily found in the fanfiction, sperg fandom, deviantart, and roleplaying communities.
serioustly, they spawn things like "boris the teeth guy" and "worm jeff the killer who is also cubit". weird ass shit. those guys are summoning weird eyeball blob tentacle entities and reskinning them to look like a demented spongebob.
never thought i'd say deviantart / goanimate spergs summon cacodemon thingies, but here we are...
what if I don't got a mind's eye?
>>40740900oh snap. years ago i had a brush with a demon that obscured its identity while it tried repeatedly to give me nightmares for a week. the thing itself mostly resembled a "bubble" from zelda 64. but the real thing was REPULSIVE. a pissed off ape skull wtih bat wings, but so foul and hideous, it was more revolting than scary. just pure offensiveness. it looked mad as hell, too. skull might've been 2ft tall, wings 3-4ft across, idk. spirits are kinda big in volume but low density.
but this is what "cubic worm jeff" are. take in this wisdom. weird, offensive, brash, obnoxious, mishmashy. scrambled. nonsense. throw a bunch of random shit in a blender.
these guys are more silly than horrid, though. they're reeealllly stinky but not a threat, just a nuisance you can expect to encounter a lot.

look up monsters inc on bitchute. im astounded that platform stands as it does. astonishing. only altright content and little to no normie funsies content. hrm. in uk, no less. but monsters inc and that adrenochrome soccer ball.
the monsters are just mishmashy random, offensive, stinky, but ultimately average folk just livin life. eating people's fear. but they fear humans more than humans fear them. they fear "disease". more like they fear being smote on the spot by a random psychic fireball. we are the honeycomb surrounded by savage africanized bees.
then at the SPOILERZ end, the fear energy is dropped for comedy energy. took them that long, despite their obviously "borrowed" energy captured tech (taken from humans) to realize comedy is better fuel.
fear and comedy. so close together in the brain.
equal parts laughter and gore.
also monsters inc had the "door is a divine portal, hard to make, nearly irreplaceable" and "door as a strict boundery, a hard line". notable.

>>40754595>>40754676now that i think about it, it's probably the chapstick i had on
>>40739011Yeah, people hear "imaginary" and think that it means "not real", but it is more like the realm of imagination is outside of our normal perception of reality, it is the world of possibilities. Things that people imagine, eventually become something in the real world. The imagined has implications for reality.
I once tried to make a tulpa but then I saw a teenage girl at a supermarket which looked and talked exactly as her, and I got fucking spooked and stopped.
>>40711398 (OP)new retro manifestation just dropped.
btw, in very early development, marge secretly had rabbit ears under her hair. visible in that arcade game when she gets zapped, they seem to have bones. or it's just a silly gag.
>>40753177If you were a real shamanic practitioner of any kind, you'd know what tulpas really are, and you wouldn't have written this bunch of nonsense.
>>40757907Labels are for retards I do what I want in the spiritual realm. Paranormal stuff has happened to me since I was a child.
>>40755108She does a good job at preventing me from hurting myself. Ironic she made me cut my hand open like what happened to her before I even watched or knew what happened in her Netflix show though.
>>40753177Dood, those aren't tulpas as you haven't put any effort in creating those soul constructs. Those are astral beings that have attached to you because you fucked with your frequency with drugs.
Perspective altering drugs lower the fuck out of your frequency, hence why all of them end up being demonic and a bunch of fucking losers.
In fact, it is extremely common for demonic beings to insert themselves as cartoon characters, something that has been talked about before in this board. This is because the people who created those shows, weird niggas who do drugs are just channeling those demons into their shows.
>>40758587Mushrooms have been a spiritual tool for millennia. That's the only drug I've been doing, as well as digital phenomenon. If you can't chill with advanced gnostic entities then obviously you're gonna get hurt but I've studied this shit and know what I'm doing with my frequency.
>>40758729You sound like you enjoy feminine men, this is all I need to know about the kind of mental state your drugs put you through. "Tools for millennia", maybe for backwards native americans for got bodied by europeans you daft kunt.
>>40758587It doesnโt matter

>>40750147we both love and accept each other despite our flaws. sheโll always be in my heart
>>40757875They DO like doing this, quite a bit.
>>40730950Well, spending hours imagining every aspect of a person until it starts feeling real sounds like creating a servitor to me:
>>/vg/531876767Every author knows at a certain point characters write themselves, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has felt this just writing for AI smut.
>>40758579Labels are for understanding each other. I get you in that overly identifying with them is not practical, but just making shit up isn't either. Expect people calling you out on your bullshit if you start calling yourself "a plane pilot" because labels are not real.
>>40711398 (OP)I just got a tip from a fren: feed a tulpa by using a shrine and a sugary treat. This works because they are very close in nature to the Hindu deities, which love sugar.
>>40758587>it is extremely common for demonic beings to insert themselves as cartoon characters
>>40762114Now this is interesting. Wonder how it lines up with this though.
>>40757875
>>40765772well, it dawned on me that some thoughtforms are furries. probably began as memories of real people who died, then the - whatever you'd call the metaphorically crystalized remains of all the lore, memories, gossip, rumors, and sightings of a person - that entity decided to fur out. there's some reoccurring characters that aren't always confined to one anthro specie in depictions, but they always manifest as a furry of some sort.
dilbert has hawk energy. or owl. he's got the vibes of a bird of prey that just silently sits back and watches, and you know that entity has a harsh, brutal, cold side.
matt groening did "life in hell" which prominently featured rabbit-people, so some of that carried over to really early simpsons. perhaps marge has a rabbit totem theme going on.
>>40765996And Odin is a raven or crow, odin's day is Wednesday. He was also depicted as shape shifter could be male or female but I see it as the darkness become sentient taking and giving living thoughts as a type of code or DNA exchange.
i began to telepathically say something to my tulpa. alas, being born into american culture i started my imaginary sentence with "yo, ..." and then my tupperware bopped me and shamed me for behaving like a shamefuru basketball-american.
>>40766766i do see ravens - amazing birds - in peculiar, unexpected places sometimes. they converse in their own raven tongue in low tones to each other. of course even small mammals have their own respective verbal languages. there's videos (porcupine eating corn cob at a zoo) showing animals picking up on speech and using it. or moments where you get mega stoned and realize the animals gibbering and chattering are using words in a very simplistic language.
but anyway, when i see the out of place raven at unexpected times, i do think of Odin.
