Sadly I didn’t get to where I am through meditation. What’s worse is that I was in my bed at night sleeping and I ended up touching my body and woke up feeling very uncomfortable like my body is out of place. Also the feet have chakras too, I have to search for information online after I felt my feet switching my legs around. Well I would not have worried about my hands or feet if there’s another technique to move the body parts. Older technique no longer works after newer technique are working. I’m feeling like I am hologram but with the touch screen capability on my body, I don’t like touch screen laptops, so I’m not aware of the extent of this convenient technique.

Thanks but I think that’s for a normal person. Not for me unless it has esoteric answers to my problem, if you understand the synchronicity of the prima materia, salt sulfur and mercury from Paracelsus. Then you would know how much the body parts were moved. Occasionally the body parts automatically reset to normal position when you solve the puzzle, and there are plenty to solve.
