something created the universe. it is self-evident. I'm not spiritual and I'm often labeled atheist. why is it that you see the world through your eyes and no one else's, from where did you come and why this particular body. this is an epiphany that I've seen old men have yet I experienced it in middle school. the universe was created. why is there something instead of nothing? "there is something because we observe it" is not an answer and is circular reasoning. "aliens" are likely here, their purpose and origin unknown. we may not even have come close to guessing the nature of their origin whether it's inside or outside the universe

if only aliens were real and could or would even answer all of our questions, then we wouldn't have to wait for cosmologists, particle physicists, and molecular neural scientists to answer these questions in our lifetime, which may be ultimately futile anyway
