Diagnosed with panic disorder in 2018, I once saw something about breathing techniques that would regulate body temperature (not meditation but very similar). They gave me benzos but I can't seem to slow down without crashing. Is it mind over matter or is there a way to regulate it? Any advice?

In my case the only thing that stopped my daily 6+ hours panic attacks was a very low dose of benzos , 0.75mg bromazepam in my case

You probably have past life issues. Someone probably killed you or something. Get someone to regress you and work out the issue.

Inhale as if taking a drag from a cigarette, then hold, then exhale. This technique entirely stabilizes my mental state no matter how high or low my mood is at the time.
