Have any of you noticed that the day no longer lasts 24 hours, and that aside from that, some of us have after-effects, like being tired? I mean, sleeping and waking up even more sleepy. I've read that the Earth's vibrations have also changed, and that's going to affect us.

Days are actually getting shorter due to the earth rotating faster. The shortest day on record was last year on July 5th (1.66 milliseconds shorter). The second shortest day was 6 days ago on July 9th (1.42 milliseconds shorter).

It's okay, Marcos. Soon your real dad will come home and you can go back to having a single last name.

It sounds like your circadian rhythm is not functioning properly and because of that, your sense of time and your sleeping schedule is out of whack, causing you to feel more tired because of the lack of daily adequate Sunlight you need to get for each day. Trust me, I've fixed my sleeping and energy problems when I started getting a ton more Sunlight everyday, we evolved with plenty of Sunlight exposure in mind, but just be careful not to burn. K, thanks and good luck.
