So, kinda freaking out right now. I wasn’t home when this happened, but my motion-sensor security cam picked something up about week ago at night at 2:03 AM (timestamp in the corner). I live in north Alabama, pretty rural area but not totally in the middle of nowhere.

I checked the footage once I got back home from a family trip yesterday and checked the camera’s files. It’s in black and white because of the night vision. Look at the far left near the trees. Tell me that’s not a fucking person. But it doesn’t look like a person. Looks like a fucking monster. It’s tall, way too lanky, and that eye looks like it’s glowing but it’s hard to tell from the blur.

Here’s the part that gets me. I’ve heard stories about the Alabama White Thang since I was a kid, but never believed them. Now I’m not so sure. It’s July, middle of summer, and whatever that is… it’s got no clothes, no fur, just pale skin. Could this actually be the White Thang? Something else?

I’m not an expert on cryptids or whatever. I’m Not a schitzo, but if anyone knows what this could be, I’m open to suggestions. I’ve been checking the yard since and nothing seems disturbed. No tracks that I can see. Just this image.

Should I call someone? I don’t know who to call.

If you are concerned, get video footage of the thing. It is far more convincing than a picture, mainly due to the skills and dedication that requires to fabricate.

If you are even more worried call the cops, so the picture and let them decide what to do.

I can’t. It’s a cheap camera that only snaps images once it detects movement. I just have that one decent one.

Also please don’t be rude. Got a lot I’m dealing with here. I’m kind of worried about this thing. Yea maybe it was a homeless man or something but I have kids and chickens and don’t want them to get hurt. I have an old BB gun I might have to get out of the attic.

Looks like a lanky dude wearing a headlamp. He looks distorted because of the camera lens. Call the cops if you're concerned. Also get a shotgun and learn how to use it if you don't know how to.

Took a second to upload but I have this other frame. It looks like it gets on the ground. Maybe it’s a black bear? We have those.

Those didn’t snap. I guess the camera has a 3 second delay. Like I said it’s cheap camera. Paid like $800 for the lower end system. The thing was kind of far so maybe if it was closer it would’ve gotten more images.
