I never succeeded so my answer probably has no value, but they say that for manifesting/shifting/transurfing you must give up importance, you must passively want it without actively desiring it, meaning not suffering from lacking it and not caring about not getting it right now, and just move on toward it, not caring about it but considering it natural to happen, so natural you would not doubt about it, as natural as opening a can of soda and finding soda inside.
