Why is schizophrenia a audible external sound which can materialize what's being thought of internally? This thing reacting on everything negative being said outside makes me associate every thought with thinking about this non-existent object. Nobody has the time to be a talking ghost the entire day, right?

schizophrenia involves a lot of errors of self. Marking internal voices as not-self, marking external events as self (feelings of paranormal control or awareness) and so on

What about times it uses words used by other people that you don't know. With no reference of it ever being used before

How do you know the word is used by other people if you don't have any reference of it being used before?

Or the fact it's literally recordable on a microphone yet there being no source for the audio

It's basically an entire dictionary from past to future when it speaks

It could be making up nonsense that just feels like words, then? Hard to say, I don't exactly understand what you mean by that. Even if you do choose a word it uses, tell it to another person, and they know what it means, it's possible it's using information you learned at some point but your conscious mind forgot about. Minds are very complex things.

that sounds more like a ghost than schizophrenia. Or you're just hallucinating twice. Do other people agree that a sound is being recorded with no source?

They hear a noise but not the subject of the word. After showcasing it someone else showed of their recording while I was traveling
> it's possible it's using information you learned at some point but your conscious mind forgot about.
I refute this by the fact the words are being used in another language which is not my expertise in encyclopedic knowledge and I only talk to computers

Oh, sounds like auditory pareidolia! I get that myself a lot, much more than full hallucinations, hearing whispers in music that other people don't or the like. That's...basically the brain looking for patterns in places it's not supposed to and finding them anyway. Pattern-seeking is one of the greatest strengths of the schizophrenic mind, but it's sometimes strong enough to hurt itself.
> the words are being used in another language
Fair enough. But, again, unless people who speak that language agree that that's what is being said, the voice could just be making stuff up using your knowledge and expectations

>auditory pareidolia!
The source isn't from music but recording the audio in total silence while letting only the voice be present. Learned it from another user on this site while and his showcase was believable.
Auditory pareidolia used to be experienced by me when falling to sleep but having it it in waking conscious life is not what that word entails

The trick is those voices are outside, they are not genetic but existential

If it was external, it would stop when you plug your ears. In my experience, full-blown schizophrenics usually completely ignore logical statements like this and just keep talking on some unrelated tangent.

It actually does stop but not in a soundwave kind of way. It just slows down until it stops and immediately starts again ones taken off. Kind of like a literal wave

You really think a walled garden is something a schizophrenic would want? I made this exact post 4 times already, fuck you
