Brainlet take: Christian Trinitarianism is platonic metaphysics. The jews and Muslims understand the abrahamic god through a platonist lense as well. Muslims understand Allah through the same ontological emanations that Christians do they just dont call the second and third hypostases the Holy Spirit and Jesus. The words are different the ontology is the same. Why are Christians always so deadbrained when it comes to their own theology/metaphysics

Mainstream Islam (as in ops pic) would not agree with this.
I lay no expectation on exoteric mundane religious practitioners to understand the ontology of their theology. However, I do expect anybody willing to make statements about theology to be able to engage with the ontology and metaphysics behind their theological statements. Mistaking doctrine for theology is a common mistake for the ignorant and religious entertainers, but if you make a statement on theology you need to be ready to be challenged on it by somebody who is actually studied and versed on the theology of the abrahamic faiths.

its not inconsistent with Islam but the average muslim doesn't study or understand their own theology or philosophy they just follow the doctrines of the faith. Ibn Sina's al-Ilāhiyyāt min Kitāb al-Shifā is the core metaphysical text on which Muslim theologians and philosophers understand Allah's relationship to the creation and he outlines a triunal emanation that necessitates itself following that is similar in structure to Plotinus' Three Hypostases, the Jews Supernal Triangle, and the Christian Trinity. The common thread between all three of these trinities existing in God's relationship to the creation is all three metaphysical developments are built upon Platonic metaphysics.

Both are ideas of a god that evolved from an older common idea of a god, that had evolved from an even older common idea of a god, etc. It doesn't even matter if there is any god or not. Deciding if they are still the same god or two different gods is subjective, there is no real anwser. It's like pouring some blue paint in two buckets then adding a little yellow in one and a little red in the other, not everyone will agree if these are still blue or if they have become different enough to be considered green and purple.
