Had yet another experience
>sleeping
>body starts to vibrate and can hear a screeching sound
>lower body feels like its being shaken from side to side
>feel like I am being tickled to death
>try to move but I can’t and seems I’m in sleep paralysis
>happens multiple times later albeit not as strong
What is going on? Am I unconsciously trying to astral project or what?

I experienced sleep paralysis at least 6 or more times between the ages of 17 and 19. I remember seeing black human-shaped figures multiple times in my room and in full-on scenarios. One time when my bedroom door was open everything outside of my room was completely black. I remember right before I fell into them I'd hear the sound of the ocean gradually getting louder.
