Let's talk about everyone's favourite spooky idea; that it is all a simulation!

My thoughts recently are that we are presupposed to the idea that a simulation is centralized, that it comes from somewhere like a computer or a being and we are somehow trapped by it.
But what if it is actually a collective illusion? That we are all part of generating and experiencing it at the same time and there is no 'host' as such? Consider the Observer Effect, that more humans are existing now than there have ever been, and the total absurdity of the modern age is the result from such a deluge of collective consciousness generating content for the simulation.

Read a thought, leave a thought. Thanks!

Simulation doesn't just mean fake, it means efficient. Stars far away may not be loaded in until you're localized. That doesn't mean there isn't an alien species who they're loaded in for. It's about conserving energy and negating mass.

it might be, but not the same as computer simulation.

As above so below, if video games have cheat codes, if software can be hacked, so can reality.

fug i like this one. I do this with the red lights I have to stop at. Either I am inconvenienced by having to wait at the light, but then I can enjoy the view. Or my enjoyment of the view is interrupted by the sudden change to a green light. Can't have it both ways, demiurge!

I said thatโ€™s what I think the secret Donald and Jeffrey had together was. They are simulation hackers. Takes one to know one or something.

do you think as our ability to observe becomes more sophisticated; microscopes and telescopes, different energy detection, observation through process of elimination etc. that we are causing inefficiency in the simulation? Based on your statement I would think that it means the resolution needs to load in enough that we cannot observe an inconsistency and become aware of this phenomenon.

Aren't you precisely describing how you can, in fact, have it both ways? By simply changing your perspective at each junction. I think I might be missing the point of your post.

Yep, saw it. Gods interact using quantum physics. Enough additive quantum changes can do anything I think.

what I was getting at is that bad luck, if there is intent behind it, can be tricked if you know how to turn it into a positive. I like to think my optimism messes up the designs of a malevolent entity and they have to scramble to readjust, but can't break the law of paradoxes in our reality to do so. So on this technicality I can always enjoy good luck because I am checkmating that higher dimensional cocksucker at every turn.

The twist is that that higher dimensional being exists only because you believe in him.

1. Do we exist physically, if so, do we exist where we believe to exist? If not, what is our physical form modeled from?

2. Do we manage our own consciousness, or is our consciousnesses managed by one or more psycho-vermicule entities?

>Do we exist physically?
It is hard to know. We assume that a simulation needs a purpose, as humans we use simulations to gather data that we use to make decisions. Who would made this simulation? Why? Is it singular, or numerous? Is there consensus, or Unilateralism cheekiness afoot? Is there even a "who" that made it?

My gut says no, we're not in a simulation. I think humans have been hacked to the point where our purpose is to add attachment, attention and drive to systems. We've given ourselves a simulacrum of uniformity and now coming to terms with new realities and expectations.

Dr. Neruda defected from a top secret government agency called the Labyrinth Group. This agency knows we live in a simulation, a bubble universe as they call it. Go to the website if you want to read his interviews, they will change your perception on life.

Consider the resource costs to simulate an environment.
Those who dwell in squalor, dilapidated, and dis ease are living in the real world. Those who have a perfect life in a perfect home in a perfectly gated community are wholly consumed by the simulation and when they die they cannot tell they are dead if they are surrounded by loved ones.
But if they have riches, a perfect little cell and are alone when they die they quickly realize they've made hell on earth.
