I have knowledge of the heart which I will readily impart to you in small amounts if you ask me about spirituality and related subjects. Most people today have no knowledge of the heart. Not even a little. Wisdom has become increasingly hard to find on earth. However there are some who still have that spark that inner flame which illumines the soul. I studied Buddhism, both Theravada and Mahayana to some extent, I still read pali suttas and the lankavatara sutra, I have delved into the upanishads in English which gives me some peace, I have read parts of the Quran, I have read the book of psalms. Currently, my focus is on the natural religion, the religion of all life.
