What we consider as thought is an internal language process. But language itself is something that's instilled from external sources.

A few but only a few. However, from the time I had the original thoughts, it was only a few years at most until I saw them in the public sphere. Therefore, what I considered to be my "original thought" which I never acted on could have very well have been some other person's earlier original thought which they never acted upon. So...I'm not certain whether I have ever had an original thought. How could anyone really ever know?
