I'd like to play in creative mode too myself, but to me it feels like..... Like when you're in creative mode in Minecraft. It's fun for a while, flying around and using console commands/mod menu to spawn in whatever you want, but because you can do whatever you want without restriction, it gets boring to an extent. You have to craft The narrative instead of participating in it. Thus, we want to play vanilla again to earn what we want instead of just summoning it.

The thing about human free will is that it does have parity with God's. Limitations of the will are necessarily impossible, but there are rules down here you have to play by, e.g. being embodied.
